From install to your first sale in a few minutes.

01 Install the app

Vendor Vault runs on iOS, Android and the Web. Pick the platform that fits your booth.

  1. 1 Download Vendor Vault from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. 2 Open it and you are ready — no account is required for Free.
  3. 3 The app works fully offline from the first launch.

02 Build your first catalog

Add the products you want to sell. For TCG, search the built-in 350k+ card world database and tap to add.

  1. 1 Open the Catalog tab and tap the add button.
  2. 2 Search the TCG database or create a custom product (sealed, merch, generic).
  3. 3 Set price, quantity and (Free) one photo per product.

03 Make your first sale

Open a cash session, build a cart and check out — all offline.

  1. 1 Open the POS tab and start a cash session.
  2. 2 Tap products to add them to the cart, then take payment.
  3. 3 Close the session at the end of the event to see the recap.

04 Free vs Pro

Free is complete on a single device, forever. Pro adds multi-device sync, cloud backup, channels, analytics, branding and multi-user PIN — with a 7-day trial, no credit card required.

Quick tip

You can run an entire fair on Free, fully offline. Upgrade to Pro only when you need a second device or cloud backup.
