What is Vendor Vault exactly?
A POS and inventory app built for collectors who run TCG / sealed / merch booths at trade fairs. It tracks your stock, your sales, your trade-ins and your ROI per event. It is not a fiscal POS — the fiscal receipt is issued by your external cash register.
How do Free and Pro really differ?
Free is complete on a single device, offline: POS, catalog, TCG database, trade-in, events feed, JSON export. Pro adds multi-device sync, cloud backup, up to 5 photos per product, event ROI analytics, multi-user PINs, custom branding, consignment management, Google Sheets sync and Tap to Pay.
Can I use it on my phone and my tablet at the same time?
On Free, the data lives on a single device — perfect for solo vendors. On Pro, your phone, tablet and laptop sync in real time: every sale and edit appears on every device with last-write-wins conflict resolution per row.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. The Free tier never opens a network connection — zero traffic to the cloud. Pro syncs in the background only when there is connectivity and falls back gracefully when the venue Wi-Fi disappears.
Is my data sold or shared?
Never sold. Free never leaves your device. Pro stores only what is required to run sync and billing (email, subscription state, your own data). No in-app advertising, no third-party trackers, no profiling. Hosted on secure EU cloud infrastructure (Frankfurt), encrypted at rest and in transit.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS, Android and Web (PWA-ready) — one app, every screen. Download it from the App Store and Google Play. The public launch is planned for June 2026.
Can I export my catalog?
Yes, on Free too. Versioned JSON export and import is included from day one. The schema is documented for future TCG whitelabel integrations — your catalog stays yours, today and forever.
How can I cancel Pro?
One tap in your store account (App Store, Google Play or the web billing portal). Your data stays with you on Free, plus a permanent retention window for the photos you uploaded while on Pro. No reset, no lock-in.
What does Pro cost long term?
