01 Add a consignor

A consignor is the person whose items you sell on their behalf. Create one to start tracking.

  1. 1 Open Tools → Consignment and add a consignor.
  2. 2 Set their default commission split.
  3. 3 Add the items they handed you as a batch.

02 Consignment batches

Group the items a consignor gives you into a batch so sales and payouts roll up cleanly.

03 Consignor Sheet Share

Share a live, read-only sheet with each consignor so they can follow their sales and payout without messaging you.

  1. 1 Enable Consignor Sheet Share for a consignor (Pro).
  2. 2 Send them the link — it updates automatically as items sell.
  3. 3 Settle the payout from the same screen at the end of the event.

Quick tip

Consignor Sheet Share is a Pro feature — it removes most of the "how much did I sell?" messages during a fair.
